We only collect the information you choose to share during onboarding or phone calls — typically your business name, phone number, email, and assistant preferences. No other personal data is collected.

How is my data used?

Your data is used solely to configure and deliver your AI receptionist. This includes attaching it to your preferred phone line and customizing its behavior based on your preferences.

How do I activate my assistant?

After purchase, you’ll fill out a short onboarding form with your phone line and preferences. Your assistant will be live within 10 minutes — answering calls, booking appointments, and delivering messages.

Does ExilonAI share my data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your information is used only to deliver and maintain your assistant.

Will I receive text messages from ExilonAI?

No. ExilonAI does not operate any SMS or text messaging services. If you receive a text claiming to be from us, it is not legitimate.

What We Do NOT Do:

- We do not run or operate any SMS/text messaging services.

- We will never send you a text message. If you receive a text claiming to be from ExilonAI, it is not us.

- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

We take appropriate measures to protect the information you provide. Your phone number, email, and business details are used solely to deliver and maintain your AI receptionist.

Your Choice:

Providing your phone number or email is optional and only required if you want your assistant attached to your line and customized to your preferences. You are always in control of what you share.
